About us
We are a membership-based salon/spa and have been in business for more than 15 years.
We are looking for an experienced and organized Team Leader to join our team of salon/spa professionals. The successful candidate will have experience in the beauty/wellness industry and be responsible for growing our membership base and increasing revenue. You will be leading a team of beauty professionals, setting goals and objectives, and monitoring progress. The Team Leader will also be expected to provide guidance and support to the team, develop strategies for improvement, and ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner. Responsibilities:

• Increase memberships, revenue, and member retention.
• Lead and motivate team members to achieve goals.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance.
• Monitor team progress and provide feedback.
• Provide support and guidance to team members.
• Identify training needs and develop training plans for team members.
• Create an environment of trust and respect within the team.
• Set clear objectives for the team and ensure they are met.
• Other tasks as assigned such as monitoring back bar and retail inventory.
