Job Description:
- Develop and execute leasing and marketing plans for each property in the portfolio.
- Collaborate with the VP of Marketing & Sales and the Regional team on sales strategies to support site teams in achieving leasing traffic and revenue goals.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns on various platforms, including social media, ILS, website, email, and paid advertising.
- Analyze marketing and sales data, report on effectiveness, and adjust plans as needed.
- Collaborate with the Brand and Communications Specialist and property management teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
- Stay current on market trends and adjust marketing plans accordingly.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to promote JVM Realty and stay current on best practices.
- Serve as the primary marketing contact for onsite and vendor partnership teams.
- Provide technical guidance and support to onsite and corporate teams.
- Collaborate with Operations Specialists on marketing programs to enhance real-time and forecasted training initiatives.
- Monitor digital advertisement campaigns, social media channels, and external Internet Listings Service (ILS) platforms.
- Develop marketing strategies and programs to support portfolio business and financial goals.
- Assist in maintaining and improving lead tracking compliance across all lead sources with our Property Management Software (PMS) and CRM solutions.
- Monitor external vendor reporting and collaborate with the marketing team on analysis.
- Assist with lead generation assessments for performance and brand marketing team members.
- Collaborate with marketing teams, vendor partners, and Operations Specialists to provide training and support on marketing systems, processes, lead generation strategies, and best practices.
- Assist in acquisition and disposition assignments by managing digital assets and campaign agreements.
- Provide marketing budget recommendations for acquisitions and support annual budgeting efforts.
- Conduct monthly touchpoints with Marketing & Sales Executive Leadership to discuss client expectations, marketing goals, and marketing support.
- Meet with advertising and marketing partners regularly to review proposed service contracts, monitor product performance and service quality, and fine-tune services/budgets to achieve optimal results.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 8 years of experience in leasing and marketing in the multifamily industry.
- Familiarity and working knowledge of the latest digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Facebook Business Manager.
- Strong organizational and self-motivating abilities.
- Strong sense of responsibility for delivering results, ensuring requests are addressed and resolved with urgency.
- Experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across various platforms.
- Aptitude for critical thinking and problem-solving, along with strong attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and report on marketing ROI.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the multifamily industry, including leasing and marketing trends and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required.
- Experience and knowledge of RealPage products, G5 LL, Onesite, ILS, and Knock is a plus.
