Job description
Job Title: Reset Remodel Teams, Fixture Installers, Merchandisers.
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Merchandising Team Members to support our store operations over a three-day project. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with a team to ensure effective merchandising, maintenance, and organization of store products. This role involves de-merchandising, setting up new displays, and assisting with vendor deliveries to create a visually appealing shopping environment.
Overview of JW Installations:
- Our company is a leading provider of retail remodels and merchandising services, specializing in store remodels and resets. We work with various major retail chains to enhance their store layouts and improve customer experiences.
Location:
-This project will be 3 days Tuesday 9/24 - Wednesday 9/25 - Thursday 9/26
-10 hour days with 1 hour lunch.
-This is a 1099 position
- Weekly pay and a compensation range of $16.00 per hour.
- A minimum of 27 hours for the week.
- Day shift: Day #1 9AM- 7PM. Day #2 8am-6pm Day #3 8am-6pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Remove existing merchandise from shelves and displays
- Tear down and rebuild shelving according to plan-o-gram ( POGs)
- Adjust and assemble fixtures throughout the store as needed
- Unload trucks and stock new merchandise according to planograms
- Assist team in unloading and stocking vendor deliveries.
- Merchandise stock, add signage, and install pricing tags on shelves and displays
- Scrub shelving and walls, empty freezers, and assist in moving pallets
- Execute store remodel tasks with precision and attention to detail.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to handle lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Familiarity with planograms and ability to interpret diagrams
- Previous experience in retail merchandising or store remodeling
- Remodel Representatives must commit for the entire project duration.
