What are the responsibilities and job description for the AYS MANAGER position at JW Marriott Marquis Miami?
JOB SUMMARY
To provide exceptional customer service to all guests in a hospitable, friendly and efficient manner. Handle and record all requests from guests and hotel departments in a timely and courteous manner. Supervise the AYS department operations and ensure that all policies and Local Standard Operating Procedures are followed accordingly.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- 2 years experience as AYS Manager or Front Desk Manager.
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent required.
- Good interpersonal skills to interact with guests and co-workers.
- Professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational skills with ability to handle multiple projects and function well under pressure.
- Ability to utilize a personal computer with word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
