Job Summary
The Mixologist is responsible for managing the bar program, creating and maintaining a cocktail & liquor list that meets the goals set by management and for ensuring proper service of drinks for all guests. You should have strong knowledge of the history and production of beer, wine, and spirits, and be able to comfortably recommend a glass of wine, cocktail or aperitif. The Mixologist has a strong knowledge of food in general and our menu in particular. You are the leader of the bar team and will motivate them to perform according to standards and to enhance their beverage knowledge through study, practice, and teamwork.
