Job Overview:
Responsible for listing, renting, and maintaining approximately 48 units. All homes
are located in Chapel Hill, NC. Prefer local applicants. We are a small family run
business and tenant relationships are important.
Qualifications:
- Handyman experience.
- Strong people skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Experience with spreadsheets.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Must have a valid driver’s license, and a pickup truck is preferred.
Responsibilities Include:
- List, show and lease properties.
- Begin showing properties annually in September and ensure all renewal leases are
signed immediately and new leases are signed by December 1.
- Timely respond to maintenance requests and make or schedule repairs.
- Manage renovation projects.
- Manage yard maintenance.
- Ensure that units are repaired and cleaned prior to move ins.
- Provide outstanding tenant service and effectively resolve complaints or issues.
- Create a positive and encouraging impression
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
