JOB SUMMARY:
The Facilities Administrative Assistant reports directly to the Director of Real Estate and Facilities and is generally responsible for assisting the Real Estate Department with projects.
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITES:
1. Obtain quotes and estimates for repairs and maintenance as needed.
2. Assist with coordinating remodel and new construction projects.
3. Assist with overseeing and helping with the maintenance and repairs to buildings and property.
4. Supports the review of building expenses.
5. Assist with research on rebates and tax incentive programs offered for lighting, new business, etc.
6. Assist with some light Maintenance work and Racking Install as needed.
7. Data capture for project updating
8. Support company goals and uphold K&M Values.
9. Perform other duties as appropriate and assigned.
