What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Coordinator position at K&M Title?

K&M Title is a full-service title company that works with buyers, sellers, lenders, realtors, attorneys, mortgage companies, and foreclosure experts. We work quickly and efficiently with a strong commitment to customer care – and we are looking to grow our team.

We are currently hiring for a highly detailed oriented person to help administratively with our day-to-day functions. This individual will work alongside a seasoned agent gaining valuable hands-on experience as it relates to title insurance and real estate closings. At this time, this is not a position that can be offered remotely.

Qualifications

  • Notary Public in Wisconsin, or be able to pass the Notary Public exam within 6 months of hire
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office
  • Self-starter with exceptional customer service, research, and analysis skills
  • General understanding of title insurance and real estate closing procedures preferred
  • Experience in a small office setting preferred
  • Experience with Qualia a plus

Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Must hold state licensing or be able to pass the state insurance test within 6 months of hire

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Overtime

  • Kenosha, WI 53142: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

  • High school or equivalent (Required)
