What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Coordinator position at K&M Title?
K&M Title is a full-service title company that works with buyers, sellers, lenders, realtors, attorneys, mortgage companies, and foreclosure experts. We work quickly and efficiently with a strong commitment to customer care – and we are looking to grow our team.
We are currently hiring for a highly detailed oriented person to help administratively with our day-to-day functions. This individual will work alongside a seasoned agent gaining valuable hands-on experience as it relates to title insurance and real estate closings. At this time, this is not a position that can be offered remotely.
Qualifications
- Notary Public in Wisconsin, or be able to pass the Notary Public exam within 6 months of hire
- Ability to multitask
- Proficient in Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office
- Self-starter with exceptional customer service, research, and analysis skills
- General understanding of title insurance and real estate closing procedures preferred
- Experience in a small office setting preferred
- Experience with Qualia a plus
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Must hold state licensing or be able to pass the state insurance test within 6 months of hire
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
