The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for delivering ambitious growth strategy to hire the best in class (internal and external) talent for Körber Business Areas in North America.
This person will have demonstrated experience recruiting for technical and professional roles that meet the needs of our business capacity models.
Your role on our team
Serve as the primary recruiting contact for all human resource related inquiries from North American employees and managers across all locations and Business Areas.
You will assist with the creation of the strategy to build a rich external talent pipeline directly linked to key roles / critical skills that ensures successful conversion of talent pipeline prospects into active successful candidates.
Review the job requirements for each position for continuous accurate alignment in the job market and recommend changes when necessary with the HRBP’s.
You will exercise discretion, while remaining legally compliant, when interviewing candidates along with making recommendations that serve as a valued component in the decision-making process.
You will build extensive internal and external networks through multiple channels, including attending relevant external meetings / conferences to meet and assess talent.
You will be responsible for administering, overseeing and placement of employees and contingent workers.
Function as the single point of contact from internal and external candidates / new hires prior to their date of employment.
You will act as the Cross-BA contact person for external agencies and vendor management.
You will arrange all interviews with candidates and coordinate scheduling between candidates and management, including preparing necessary travel arrangements if required.
You will create and ensure continuous improvement of standards, policies and procedures for the management of newly hired employees including contract management, standardized if possible.
Develop independently the standards for evaluating candidates based on input from the HRBP’s for all assigned open positions while remaining legally compliant.
You will ensure that relevant company information and candidates are shared across locations and BA’s.
You will produce work according to defined operational standards.
You will actively drive continuous process and solution improvements.
HR Communication and Knowledge base management
You will complete HR Shared Services projects and improvement activities as needed.
Your profile
You have obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field preferred
You have gained 5-7 years of experience in a technical recruiting role
You have effective communication skills required
You are proficiency in MS Office suite
SAP SuccessFactors, Service Now and general HRIS experience, preferred
English language skills required
