Screen Printer Wanted

We are currently hiring an experienced Screen Printer to join our team. Willing to hire an apprentice screen printer if they have the right attitude and passion for the industry. The ideal candidate for this position would have experience using large automatic as well as manual printing presses, uses proper safety precautions and is able to meet weekly deadlines under pressure. This position requires an individual who is confident working independently, has an eye for detail and enjoys working in a fast-paced team setting.

We are a fast growing shop in need of both someone to help with receiving as well as screen printing. We will be hiring for both positions but we would like a screen printer first. Time will be spent doing receiving when needed. We are a small group but growing fast so someone who is willing to do multiple rolls is really the best fit.

This position is best for someone with the skills who wants to love going to work every day we are not your typical shop - you surely don't have to hang out but we are the kind of shop who opens up the back - bbqs and hangs out together. This isn't a requirement but we love working together and would love for someone to fit in well with the group.

Responsibilities and Other Items:

• Screen printing
• Fast paced and must work independently as well as with the team.
• Will be in charge of washing screens, coating screens, burning screens and screen printing.
• Coordinate all aspects of warehouse operation including shipping receiving, sorting, inventory, shipping etc
• Catching shirts coming off the production line
• Other miscellaneous production tasks
• Opportunities for advancement

Hourly compensation is based on experience. We want someone long term. Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
