The EHS Manager will be responsible for the design, implementation and management of systems that protect the health and safety of our employees, visitors and environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement programs that comply with federal, state and local safety and environmental regulations.
- Own the incident investigation process, including management of corrective action process.
- Maintain a current working knowledge of EHS regulations and understand how they impact the business.
- Interact with agency contact and lead on-site visits or inspections from EHS regulatory personnel.
- Manage the storage, recycle, reuse and disposal of residual, universal and hazardous wastes.
- Perform industrial hygiene monitoring of the manufacturing areas, interpret the results and implement changes as required.
- Maintain records in accordance with appropriate standards and regulations.
- Develop a robust inspection system that identifies and corrects potential in all areas of the facility.
- Develop and manage a system that assesses the EHS components of all new processes and equipment before it comes into the facility.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $91,000.00 - $102,000.00 per year
