Responsibilities:
- Strategic Management System (SMS): Utilize the U.S. Army Enterprise Strategic Management System (SMS) to determine Lines of Effort and related Metrics, and track Measurements of Performance/Expectations as directed by higher headquarters
- Process Improvement: Identify and streamline overly cumbersome processes to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Market Research: Conduct market research and evaluate trends to inform strategic planning and decision-making
- Strategy Development: Develop new strategies and tactical processes designed to enable the organization to meet prescribed objectives
- Strategy Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and make necessary modifications to improve outcomes
- Project Management: Leverage project management expertise to ensure strategic initiatives are effectively planned, executed, and managed. Project Management Certification or equivalent is highly recommended
- Team Leadership: Manage and lead teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project completion
- Business Development: Advise on business development activities and strategic engagements to drive organizational growth
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of project management experience, with a proven track record of managing teams and strategic initiatives
- Knowledge: Working knowledge of the U.S. Army Enterprise Strategic Management System (SMS)
- Skills:
- Strong facilitation skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Dynamic personality capable of leading and inspiring teams
- Ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Certifications: Project Management Certification or equivalent is highly recommended
- Business Acumen: Experience in advising on business development activities and strategic engagements
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in project management and strategic planning
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- US Citizenship and ability to pass a background check
- Bachelor’s Degree
