What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cabana Server position at Kalahari Resorts?
As a Cabana Server in Pennsylvania's Largest Indoor Waterpark you will be responsible for delivering food and drinks to guests and families as they enjoy the #WorldsCoolestIndoorWaterparks! Must be able to multi-task, provide menu suggestions, and work a point-of sale system.
A Day in the Life:
- We promise to deliver products and services beyond expectations
- Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times
- Greet guests, inform them of drink specials, and recommend items you genuinely feel guests will enjoy
- Take food and beverage orders from guests, enter orders in the point-of-sale system which relays orders to the kitchen and bar, and relay any guest special requests
- Get in your daily exercise while working!
- Control your income based on your skill level and willingness to interact with as many people as possible
Must be least 18 years of age. State or Local Law may require a certificate upon completion of an alcohol awareness/safety class as well as state-certified proper food handling certification.
