Manager On Duty

Kalahari Resorts and Conventions delivers a beyond-expectations waterpark resort and conference experience all under one roof. The authentically African-themed resort is home to America's largest indoor waterparks and features well-appointed guest rooms, full-service Spa Kalahari, a fun-filled family entertainment center, on-site signature restaurants, unique retail shops and a state-of-the-art convention center.

We are inviting you to apply for our Manager on Duty position. In this position, you'll be responsible for monitoring and directing the late afternoon and nighttime activities of the resort, in the absence of the assistant general manager or general manager. You'll ensure the safety and wellbeing of our guests and associates, be responsible for ensuring all departments are running efficiently while maintaining a high level of service to our guests. You'll also be responsible for asset management and will respond to guests needs, requests and opportunities.

You will be required to work evening and overnight shifts (at least under the resort is quiet), both weekdays and weekends depending on business in the resort.Some overtime may be required.

We do require that you have a background, consisting of two years of front office management at a full-service hotel. Previous experience as a front desk agent, night auditor is preferred.
