```Duties```
- Prepare and cook delicious and visually appealing meals following established recipes and portion control guidelines
- Oversee food production and ensure high-quality standards are maintained
- Manage and train kitchen staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance
- Collaborate with the management team to develop menus that meet customer preferences and dietary restrictions
- Maintain inventory of food supplies, equipment, and utensils, and order as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen area
- Monitor food costs and work within budget constraints
- Coordinate with catering services for special events or large gatherings

```Experience```
- Proven experience as a Chef or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong knowledge of food production techniques, kitchen management, and menu planning
- Ability to lead a team and delegate tasks effectively
- Excellent culinary skills with a passion for creating innovative dishes
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
