Job Description:
To assist the pharmacist in the dispensing and preparation of medications for patient use. All duties and responsibilities of Pharmacy Technicians will comply with New York State law and the rules and regulations as promulgated by the New York State Board of Pharmacy. Each shift, the Pharmacy Technician I will work with various pharmacists who direct the daily work flow as needed to adjust to changes in the patient care workload.
We are Hiring at the Following Locations: Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital for Part Time Nights and Per Diemand Children's Hospital for Full Time Evenings or Full Time Days
Minimum/Preferred Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Pharmacy Technician skills test is required.
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (PTCB) upon hire is required.
- Registered Pharmacy Technician designation is required within 90 days of hire.

Pay: From $17.72 per hour
