The Kalibrate Americas Payroll Specialist is an experienced and professional human resource consultant who works closely with all stakeholders to deliver timely and accurate payroll services as well as maintaining accurate data in the benefit portal and fielding queries.
The payroll specialist provides business feedback to ensure that job related solutions are fit for purpose and closely support business goals. The payroll specialist will liaise with recruitment team to ensure that recruitment processes, tools and communication to potential hires is seamless through to contract liaison and on-boarding.
Success in this role will be demonstrated by delivering accurate pay, ensuring that employees benefits are set up and Kalibrate is compliant with tax registrations and paid up to date. Successful on-boarding of our team is crucial to maintain our strong values and embed the strong company culture.
What would we like you to bring to the table?

Have 4 years experience in a managing a payroll and benefits for 100 employees, preferably in a tech environment.

Proficient in payroll software, ideally with ADP experience, is required.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration or
related field desired but not required.

Excellent numerical, verbal and written communication skills

Ability to audit and reconcile benefits invoices.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritise tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
Thorough knowledge of payroll-related laws and regulations.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
