Job Title: Billing Specialist
Department: CVG 145 Maintenance
Reports to: CVG 145 Maintenance Manager
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Generate comprehensive billing summaries, detailed reports, and statements for work carried out under both Part 121 and Part 145 regulations at CVG Airport in Erlanger, Kentucky, and at diverse global locations by field service teams. Collaborate with customer representatives and engage with multi-level management.
- Create and submit billing summaries to the accounting department for both Part 121 and Part 145, ensuring compliance with contract terms for invoicing Part 145 customers.
- Maintain up to date records for Part 145 customers and their associated contracts, as well as records of past and current bills. Regularly update these files as necessary. Similarly, maintain records of past and current bills for Part 121, as well as all field service summaries and billings.
- Compile and provide the accounting department with various essential statistical data as required.
- Reconcile and report monthly revenue to the accounting department, while also keeping an ongoing record of annual revenue. Additionally, track accounts receivable for Oscoda revenue.
- Execute other assigned duties and special projects as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Highschool Diploma or equivalent certification, college is desirable and work experience in accounting is preferred. Solid working knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Word; Self-motivated, possess analytical skills, good written and verbal skills, able to work within established priorities and timelines.
Ability to read, write and understand spoken and written English.
