Job Description
The Manager (18 & Up) must be responsible for enthusiastically leading and motivating the restaurant team to achieve the highest levels of customer service satisfaction. The Manager ensures that each visit by a customer results in friendly and personalized service, with great food that is promptly delivered in a clean and inviting environment.
In addition, you will manage all aspects of the daily operations of a restaurant to maximize sales, profits and a positive customer experience. All managers are responsible for overseeing the entire restaurant and employees, along with communicating effectively with general and district managers. Our Ice Cream associates are the first face our customers see when they step up to our serving windows. This is a great opportunity to get experience working in a fast paced environment, while learning how to deliver the utmost customer service. This is a part time job, unless otherwise discussed. Main responsibilities include the following: Customer service, ice cream prep, stock and filling product, and cleaning at the end of the busy night!
