What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Supervisor position at KAM Appliances?
-Support the Customer Service Representative team on a daily basis
-Process payments on all service calls
-Handle customer escalation phone calls
-Handle phone and email service repair requests from consumers
- Use computer systems and processes to collect consumer/product information, explain service policies, and pricing, schedule technician in-home repair appointments
- Follow up on service schedules and related repair parts ordering and return scheduling
- Communicate effectively with technicians to update schedule status and changes
- Research and communicate product information as needed to support consumer requests and service call follow-up
-Maintain professional and courteous standards in all interaction with customers, suppliers, Co-workers
Hours: Full Time Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
Candidate Requirements:
-Previous supervisory experience a plus
-Phone experience a plus
-High School Diploma
-Demonstrate record of work success interacting directly with customers
