Founded in 1962, the mission of KOA is “connecting people to the outdoors and each other,” and those who represent the brand share the values of being family-oriented, passionate, entrepreneurial, customer-focused and progressive.REPORTS TO General Manager and/or Operations ManagerPOSITION SUMMARY Responsible for assisting the General Manager and/or Operations Manager with the daily planning and management of the campground, and in the absence of the General Manager or the Operations Manager, manages the property and operations.SPECIFIC DUTIES Assist and support the General Manager and/or Operations Manager with the following:Serve as a role model and supervise employees assigned by the General Manager and/or the Operations Manager.Operation of specific campground service areas as designated by the General Manager, including fostering and promoting a cohesive team who work well together and independently. Provide excellent and friendly guest service by being attentive, responsive and helpful to all guests needs. Upkeep, maintenance, and cleanliness of the campground, which includes buildings, grounds, pool/spa, and recreational facilities.Ensure proper cash controls by following specific KOA cash and credit card handling procedures.Demonstrate and reinforce compliance of all KOA policies and procedures, including safety regulations to the campground staff.
