Job Title: Working Production Supervisor
Reports To: Regional Manager
Category: Full-time
Summary: The Supervisor of the on-site operation is responsible for ensuring the operation meets the predetermined production goals and quality standards in accordance with the customer standards. This shall include ensuring that the operation meets or exceeds all customer requirements regarding performance, quality, safety, and employee performance.
Essential Job Functions:
- Enforce Safety policies and procedures
- Perform and document monthly safety trainings
- Develop and motivate direct reports to meet production goals
- Train new hires to perform assigned task in a safe manner
- Work closely with the Site Manager on employee relations
- Manage and drive company policies and procedures including addressing performance issues
- Performing quality control audits
- Working hands on to drive production
- Coordinate with service providers and vendors to support customer needs.
- Maintain accurate, detailed reports of all production activity.
- Report equipment maintenance issues to the appropriate parties.
Requirements:
- Detail oriented
- Operational Engagement
- Strong communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift 33-44 lbs.
- Bilingual a plus.
- Flexibility to work multiple shifts and extended hours as required to service customer needs and expectations.
- Experience with Computers, including Excel, Outlook, and cloud based accounting software.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM, must be willing to come in and work the weekend if there are call-offs.
Work Environment:
- Loud noise, variable temperature and works around and with hazardous machinery.
