What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bilingual Human Resource Manager/Spanish position at KANE LOGISTICS?
The Human Resource Manager oversees all aspects of the sourcing and recruiting of candidates for both salaried and hourly positions. In addition, operates as a strategic business partner within one of the ID Logistics distribution sites, supporting 2 other regional sites. This individual will support programs to foster a positive and engaged environment, communicating policies and working with local management to resolve associate relations issues as needed.
Responsibilities
- Recruits, interviews, tests and select associates to fill vacant exempt and non-exempt positions across the ID Logistics network of DCs
- Execute a best-in-class talent acquisition process focused on attracting and retaining high performing talent.
- Identifies trends in turnover and recommends solutions.
- Effectively coach leadership in matters relating to people, HR processes, programs and corresponding impact to the business.
- Ability to recommend and create effective counseling or coaching documentation.
- Manages resolution of associate relations investigations to ensure fair, consistent, and proper resolution in consideration of company policy, procedures and values.
- Manages HRIS and administrative tasks to provide proper and accurate data entry, maintenance and reporting in a timely manner.
- Coordinate/conduct new hire and new leader orientations.
- Represents organization at personnel related hearings and investigations.
- Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures and reporting are in compliance.
- Other duties as assigned.
