What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Office Clerk/Receptionist position at Kanupp Kennels, LLC?
The front desk receptionist position requires someone with self-motivation, great organizational skills, great computer skills and making our clients and owners glad to be here.
Responsibilities include
Check IN/Check OUT and making sure you have all vaccine records and proper contracts filled out and signed.
Taking payments and answering any questions owners may have.
Escorting canines from the front to the proper location in the kennel. Daycare, Boarding, Training, Grooming etc..
Putting all client's belongings in the proper place and logging them in their profile.
Answering phone calls, making appointments, providing information requested or directing the call to the appropriate person.
Other tasks may be requested as well and will be discussed at interview.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $1,400.00 per month
