About this position
In this role, you’ll be responsible for helping expand Kapture Pest Control across our market by building a strong new customer base. You will also be responsible to expand services with our existing client base.
As our point of contact, you’ll provide comprehensive and accurate information about our services while highlighting all the ways we exceed our customers’ expectations.
At the same time, you’ll also be a great listener who can identify a customer’s pest control challenges and explain how our treatments can solve them.
While this is an outbound sales role, you will be expected to handle overflow inbound calls as well.
Responsibilities:
* Cold calling for inside sales
* Follow up with clients for inside sales
* Handle overflow customer service calls
* Expert knowledge of our products and services
* Following up with prospects
* Collecting payments when necessary
* Utilizing and updating CRM
Requirements:
* Superior communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent customer service skills
* Must be self motivated and take ownership of schedule
* Excellent critical thinking, problem solving and time management skills
* Well organized and detail oriented
* Results driven
* Willing to collaborate with all members of the team

Strong base plus commissions. OTE is $50-60k per year.
