Job Title: Product Manager - Amazon's e-commerce platform
Job Summary:
Kareway Product, Inc. imports and distributes health and beauty products with emphasis on K-Beauty skincare products to wholesalers and major national chain retailers.
As a Product Manager for Kareway Product, Inc. you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of products sold through Amazon's e-commerce platform. You will be expected to oversee the entire product life cycle, from ideation to launch, growth, and retirement. You will work cross-functionally with teams across the organization to ensure that the product strategy aligns with the overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and gather customer insights to identify new product opportunities and trends.
- Develop and execute product roadmaps that align with the company's strategic goals and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as design, engineering, operations, and marketing to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
- Work with the sales team to create sales strategies and promotions to increase product sales and profitability.
- Analyze product performance data and customer feedback to continuously improve the product and user experience.
- Manage the product's P&L, including pricing strategy, inventory management, and forecasting.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure that the products are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Monitor the competition and market trends to ensure that the product portfolio remains competitive.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in e-commerce.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working cross-functionally with design, engineering, operations, and marketing teams.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of Amazon's e-commerce platform and marketplace dynamics.
- Strong business acumen and financial analysis skills.
- Must be able to work with Google Sheets/Docs/Slides or MS EXCEL/WORD/PPT.
- Must be fluent in English and Korean if possible.
