Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Shift Lead to join our team at KARM Stores. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales floor team in achieving sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Retail Management team in processing transactions, handling cash and credit card payments, and maintaining accurate records.
- Work with the Retail Management team to establish and maintain customer service standards, ensuring a positive shopping experience for each customer.
- Assist in stocking store shelves and clothing racks, ensuring a well-organized and visually appealing store environment.
- Support the team by delegating tasks and responsibilities, especially when the Manager is not on shift.

Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with a strong command of the English language.
- Commitment to KARM Stores' mission and mission statement.
- Computer skills, including general typing skills and web browsing capabilities.
- Ability to interpret and follow instructions and goals provided in written or oral form.
- Ability to stand for up to 100% of a standard work day and lift up to 50 pounds.
Compensation
$11-$16 hourly wage, with opportunities for performance-based increases and bonuses.
