Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Salesforce engineers.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
- Develop and implement strategies for team growth and skill development.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce projects.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project goals.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance on Salesforce architecture and best practices.
- Design and implement scalable and robust Salesforce solutions.
- Ensure Salesforce DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and version control are maintained.
- Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry trends.
- Ensure Salesforce solutions comply with industry standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and Salesforce capabilities.
- Establish and enforce coding standards, testing protocols, and quality assurance processes.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Implement and maintain continuous integration and deployment processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
- 5 years of experience in a leadership role managing Salesforce teams.
- Extensive knowledge of Salesforce architecture and Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ Cloud.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce integration patterns and APIs.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and tools like Git, Jenkins, or Gearset.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
