The Opportunity – Electrical Construction Foreman

We are seeking an engaging, detailed oriented team member for the Electrical Construction Foreman Position!

As an Electrical Construction Foreman, you will be the leader on a commercial project serving, not only our Project Managers, but the General Contractors as well. The critical component of this role is to lead a team of electricians, map out the project and execute with a high standard of excellence. In this role you will interact primarily with our Project Managers, Project Coordinators, electricians in the field, and our office staff. This position is a leadership role and always requires leaders to positively influence the outlook of the job, along with the attitudes, and work ethic of their electricians on site.

Ideal Electrical Construction Foreman:

· Has the ability to oversee and manage multiple small jobs, or oversee one larger project (1200 hours) and assist with Project Management.

· Task focused and able to respond, engage and create a pathway to success on the job site

· Possess a wide variety of troubleshooting abilities to resolve issues accurately and effectively

· Skillful in effective communication with their electricians, and the general contractors that they work with

· Strong knowledge of NEC Electric code

· Must be able to lift 75lbs, climb ladders and scaffolding

· Required to have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license with an -insurable driving record

· Required to have a minimum of two years previous experience running work of comparable size

· Strong attention to detail of materials and hours used on project

· Keeps safety as top priority

Exceptional Electrical Construction Foreman:

· Have 5 or more years of experience running work of a comparable or larger scale

· Can plan, implement, and deliver goals in a project’s timeline

· Love bringing innovative solutions to light

· Have a strong sense of urgency and follow up

· Enjoy serving others and delivering a client experience
