Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering Phones: Handle incoming calls, take accurate messages, and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Email Management: Respond to emails promptly and professionally, maintaining clear and concise communication.
  • Documentation: Complete daily and nightly route sheets accurately and file them as needed.
  • Client and Vendor Interaction: Interact with clients and vendors with professionalism, addressing their inquiries and providing necessary assistance.
  • Staff and New Hire Interaction: Support staff and new hires by providing administrative assistance and fostering a welcoming environment.

  • Organizational Skills: Must be well-organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Detail-Oriented: Attention to detail is crucial to ensure accuracy in all administrative tasks.
