We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Service Desk Technicians to join our team in Viera, FL. The ideal candidates will have three plus years of experience in a Service Desk role, along with relevant certifications and a strong ITIL foundation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues across all locations.
- Manage and resolve service requests and incidents efficiently and effectively.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and networks.
- Perform routine maintenance and updates on IT systems and equipment.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and resolutions provided.
- Educate users on IT best practices and ensure adherence to company policies.
Qualifications :
- Associate's degree preferred.
- Microsoft and Cisco certifications required.
- CompTIA A , Server , and Network certifications or equivalent experience.
- Strong ITIL foundation, preferably ITIL v3 certified.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
