- Experience with facilitation of group process
- Experience using CQI tools and principles
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- If assigned to Quality and Patient Safety: requires a minimum of three years RN experience. Must have experience with data management and the knowledge to use PC-based information management systems and databases.
POSITION SUMMARY/PURPOSE
The RN-Clinical Analyst assists with the collection and analysis of performance improvement data, and coordinates core measure and registry abstraction and data submission. Participates in quality improvement, clinical care processes and outcomes, regulatory, accreditation, and patient health care initiatives.
