We are looking for someone who has a passion and appreciation for Nature. A true local who loves the water and knows what is in it. Previous experience is a plus but, not needed. We are looking for a local for this position please do not apply if you do not live in the Sarasota area.

Job requirements:

Guiding Experience a plus but, not required will train the right person.

Must be able to lift 65 pounds plus up over your head

Must be able to work independently without help

Must have a cell phone as it is required for the job

Must be available to work weekends and holidays

Must be able to work long hours in the hot sun

Must be able to drive a truck and trailer and have a clean driving record (will be verified)

Must be 25 or older

Typical work week will be 5 days depending on business needs. Scheduled days will vary.

Typical work day starts at 7:30 and finishes when the last boat comes in

This position is full time and weekends are required. You will have 2 days off during the week. We are looking to fill this position immediately. Work week is Sunday to Thursday. This is a salaried postion.
