What are the responsibilities and job description for the Plant Admin position at Kaztronix LLC?
Description
Daily tasks will include production and shipping data entry. Generation of shipping documents from SAP system. Coordination with operations staff, logistics staff, and drivers at the site to collect and organize documents related to production and shipping. Coordination with external vendor to scan/digitize existing documents. Coordination of vendor supplying breakroom refreshments and water machine services. Organization of catering orders for site functions. Supporting inventory checks on monthly and quarterly basis. Other admin/data related tasks maybe added.
This role will work on-site Monday Friday.
The work hours are: 6:00am 2:00pm
Skills
SAP Experience with materials movement transactions . Experience with PM maintenance module.
Sharepoint Experience with utilizing sharepoint online systems.
Office Experience with Microsoft office suite
Communication Ability to work with a wide variety of individuals that participate in the supply chain process.
Logistics experience
