What You'll Do:
- Architect the People Experience: Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems that support talent acquisition, development, and retention.
- Become a Guardian of Fairness: Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations while conducting audits and investigating employee grievances at all levels.
- Empower Leaders: Train managers on performance management, conflict resolution, and coaching techniques to build strong teams.
- Fuel Growth: Assist in designing recruitment strategies and benefit plans that attract and retain top talent.
- Cultivate Safety: Champion safety across all locations by establishing committees, managing workers' compensation claims, and implementing preventative measures.
- Be a Strategic Partner: Recommend innovative HR approaches and visit subsidiaries to provide support and guidance.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field, with 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
