Job Posting: Benefits Specialist We are looking to add a Benefits Specialist to the Benefits team. This role will be responsible for a variety of general benefit tasks. This individual will maintain data in the benefit administration system, assist employees with questions and issues, work with external vendors, assist with open enrollment tasks and support other activities owned by the Global Benefits team as needed. Responsibilities Administer eligibility of benefit programs maintaining accurate data; partner with employee, local HRBPs, payroll and vendor partners as needed Respond to employee questions and assist with employee issues relating to benefits Work with outside partners such as brokers and carriers to resolve issues timely; serve as a liaison between insurance providers and employees Support the design of annual benefits and manage open enrollment process including benefit administration system design and testing, open enrollment preparation and communication, training and audit of open enrollment data Assist with administering new hire benefit orientation Review vendor error reports, research and identify issue and escalate for resolution Review and process vendor invoices Requirements 3 Years Benefits administration experience Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; ability to explain programs/policies in a way that is understood by others Strong Analytical, problem solving, project management and Microsoft Office skills including Word & Excel Ability to work with employees at all levels within the company as well develop positive working relationships with vendors and third-party administrators Experience handling a variety of projects simultaneously in a fast-paced business environment, the ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision and excel at meeting tight deadlines Must possess a continuous improvement mindset; identify, recommend and implement process changes Why Kontoor Brands?
