Corporate Communications & Brand
KBKG is seeking an experienced Corporate Marketing Director to work in close partnership with the Digital and Field Marketing teams. The Corporate Marketing Director is responsible for developing and implementing the overall corporate marketing strategy for the organization. This position will report to the Chief Sales and Marketing Officer and will work with other senior-level marketing and sales management to achieve organizational goals. The Marketing Director will oversee the firms PR, conferences and event, and content development teams. They will be responsible for external communications, managing the organizations brand identity, creating and executing brand campaigns, development of branded materials, promoting and producing educational webinars, and building the organizations social media presence. In addition, the Director will be charged with developing and improving upon KBKGs internal communications in support of recruiting and retention. This includes company-wide newsletters, marketing materials for internal events, promoting internship programs, supporting committee needs, and more. The Director will manage marketing contracts, negotiations, vendor, and contractor relationships to drive corporate marketing initiatives.
A successful candidate will be able to roll up their sleeves on campaigns and projects, when necessary, while igniting the creativity and initiative within their team; encouraging them to own and lead their areas of expertise, coach, and mentor. They will work to build, lead, and manage new team members to serve key functional marketing areas to support the needs of the firm as it rapidly grows.

Responsibilities
- Plan and execute annual corporate marketing plan and budget
- Responsible for the development and execution of marketing plans and strategies designed to grow company revenue for each major service line
- Lead new product launch planning and execution
- Lead a growing team of marketing managers, coordinators, and assistants
- Ensure the adherence to KBKGs brand guidelines by all staff and on all print and digital marketing
- Responsible for driving brand awareness at the corporate level for all KBKG services
- Work with the marketing team to develop annual social and web content calendar
- Support of internal departments and communications
- Be a key liaison between the marketing and sales teams
- Drive marketing for recruiting and retention
- Negotiate and manage contracts with outside vendors and agencies
Qualifications
- 10-15 years working in a marketing or communication position.
- 5 of those years managing a marketing department at company of 100 employees and/or $50M in revenue
- Bachelors Degree in a marketing-related field required
- Advanced degree preferred for this position
- Experience and ability to lead meetings and influence conversations
- B2B marketing experience
- Experience leading a large annual campaign from planning through execution
- Strong organizational skills / must be detail-oriented
- Experience with benchmarking and analysis of campaigns to track progress, identify opportunities and challenges
- Experience in the consulting, accounting, or tax industries, a plus
- Salesforce and/or HubSpot experience
- Has a finger on the pulse of the marketing community, knows the latest trends, and new opportunities to promote a growing brand
