Title:
All-Source AnalystKBR is seeking an All-Source Intelligence Analyst with an active TS/SCI Security Clearance with current SSBI in Quantico, VA. You will serve as an All-Source Intelligence Analyst within the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS), National Security Directorate (NSD). The National Security Directorate is responsible for the directing, managing, technical review and coordination of all NCIS worldwide counterintelligence investigations and operations. The Directorate is also responsible for maintaining effective strategic and program planning processes for the National Security Directorate. This will include conducting activities designed to assess and evaluate the National Security Directorate's effectiveness, monitor and report on agency and program performance, project long-term resource and support requirements, and conduct special studies and projects related to these areas of responsibility.
Responsibilities:
Analysis and production tasks using all available sources of information to include intelligence reporting, open source data, advanced persistent threat activities and information derived from other intelligence tools and databases.
Analysis to identify intelligence gaps and specify collection requirements to fill intelligence gaps in support of investigations, operations, intelligence production, and targeting efforts involving a Federal Law Enforcement and Counterintelligence agency.
Analysis of intelligence, network traffic, and logs in support of investigations, operations, and targeting involving customer operational activities.
Research and evaluation of all-source intelligence with specific emphasis on Department of the Navy (DON) resources and personnel.
Responsible for collecting, reviewing, interpreting, evaluating, and integrating information from multiple sources to assess the relevance and significance of developments within assigned area(s), and preparing complex products including briefings, summaries, reports, studies, assessments, and estimates.
Generates counter-intelligence assessments based on intelligence reporting and ever-changing geopolitical situations
Creates targeting package for counterintelligence threats.
Provides strategic planning support to combatant command (COCOM) customers
Required Qualifications:
Must have an active in-scope TS/SCI Security Clearance with a current SSBI.
- Bachelor's Degree (BA or BS) from an accredited college or university
Minimum of seven (7) years of current, demonstrated and relevant experience in providing full¬ spectrum traditional all-source intelligence support focusing on adversarial threats to DON resources and personnel
Experience providing support to COCOMs and other operational customers
Current, demonstrated and relevant experience in performing analysis and production tasks using various sources of information to include intelligence reporting, open source data, advanced persistent threat activities and other intelligence tools as needed
