Title:
Engineering Technician IVKBR is looking to add an Engineering Tech IV to our team supporting our US Navy projects in Lexington Park, MD.
In this Role, You Will
- Perform duties as a Production Support Team (PST) member supporting the Multi-Mission Data Link System (MMDLS) on select Arleigh Burke Class Destroyers for the U.S. Navy.
- Installs, maintains, repairs, and modifies the AN/SRQ-4 Radio Terminal Set (RTS) using shipboard systems, engineered drawings, statements of work, and technical manuals.
- Assembles and installs cables and equipment, employing techniques and materials in accordance with technical standards, specifications, and engineered directives.
Basic Education, Experience & Skills
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Clearance: Active or Current Secret Clearance
Education: AA or AS degree in Engineering or Relevant Technical Discipline
Experience: Six (6) years of practical experience in technical field to include...
- Four (4) years of experience with the installation of such equipment AND One (1) year of experience with the design, preparation and modification of engineering documents, and drawings. Experience may be concurrent.
OR
Education: High school diploma or GED
Experience: Eight (8) years of experience in technical field to include
- six (6) years of experience with the installation of such equipment and three (3) years of experience with the design, preparation and modification of engineering documents, and drawings. Experience may be concurrent.
Contract Requirements will Prevail. This is an SCA Role. SCA 30084.

Salary : $67,100 - $85,000
