KBR’s Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) group is looking for a Field HR Coordinator to support the multi-billion-dollar Plaquemines project developing a Liquid Natural Gas export facility when fully developed will have an export capacity of up to 20 million metric tons per year. This position will be located onsite to support project staffing and perform HR related administrative duties. The facility’s location is about 20 miles south of New Orleans. This project is expected to be a multi-phase project spanning two years.
Aligning with KBR’s commitment to sustainability, the 630-acre site located on the Mississippi River provides deep-water access without the need for dredging, allowing for an expedited environmentally friendly development process.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Maintains employee records, ensuring completion and accuracy of details such as employee contact information, job classification, pay rates, organizational structure, and other key details
- Maintains accurate records of active job openings and received applications.
- Assists with recruitment and interview process; Tracks status of candidates in HRIS and responds with follow-up letters at the end of the recruiting process
- Assists with providing project assignment details for new hires, and transfers;
- Works closely with HR Business Partner to ensure quality service is provided to internal and external customers
- Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
- Completes Forms I-9, and verifies I-9 documentation
- Responsible for site access requirements such as client specific drug screens, backgrounds, and safety training
- Performs other administrative duties such as filing, data entry, etc. as assigned.

- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.

Preferred Skills/Abilities:
- Previous experience working on a Construction Site or Project setting
- Previous experience with Workday & SAP
- Typically requires an undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
