About the Role
As a Lab Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of high-end engineering and advanced technology solutions for the intelligence and national security communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct verification and validation assessments to ensure lab capabilities meet mission requirements
- Develop workflows to facilitate smooth operational transitions
- Perform technical capability assessments to identify operational constraints
- Produce technical documentation, including IV&V reports and user manuals
- Execute test characterization, calibration, and independent verification and validation processes
- Provide comprehensive support for the transition of capabilities throughout their lifecycle
- Offer subject matter expertise in Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT)

Qualifications
Required
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance is required
- Verification and validation: Proven experience (3 years) in V&V assessments of lab capabilities, testing characterization, and calibration
- Intelligence: In-depth understanding of Multi-Int, GEOINT, SIGINT, and/or COMM
- Technical writing: Strong technical writing skills and experience in creating technical documentation
- Work style: Ability to work independently and within a team to deliver high-quality results
Desired
- Education: Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Work experience: 5 years of related experience
