What are the responsibilities and job description for the Outreach Specialist - TS/SCI position at KBR?
KBR is seeking a highly motivated Outreach Specialist to support a NRO Program Office. The successful candidate will provide support to inform, educate, and interact with key members of the IC and DoD.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the development and maintenance of strong communication and relationships with user communities, to include interactions with NSA, ODNI, NASIC and Combatant Commands
- Develop briefs for seniors related to new start SIGINT program
- Lead the coordination with Office Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) in shepherding documentation through ODNI and internal NRO Govt processes for a new start SIGINT program
- Support the development and presentation of program overview and advocacy briefings to the IC and the DoD
- Collect, analyze, disseminate, and archive relevant operational mission highlights which reflect the performance of operational systems for senior out reach briefs and marketing
- Coordinate with Directorate Outreach personnel on joint efforts
Minimum Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI with CI Poly Security Clearance is required
- Bachelors Degree in a Technical field with ten (10 ) years in the Intelligence Community
- Experience with Intelligence Community policies and procedures
- Experience with SIGINT space systems
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work effectively in a high-paced environment
- Demonstrated attention to detail
