Title:
Program AnalystKBR is seeking an entry level Program Analyst and Administrative Assistant, Foreign Military Sales (FMS) to join our Team! Responsible for assisting FMS Case Manager in the oversight and management of complex Logistical and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program efforts in support of PMA-272 FMS DoN AECM, NAVAIR Jacksonville, Florida.
Role and Responsibilities:
Assists management with FMS program activities to meet client work objectives and serve as a liaison with clients to coordinate activities, negotiate tasks, and solve problems.
Assists the FMS Case Manager, analysis, case development from Pre-LOR through delivery of hardware and/or services, and management relating to the Department of the Navy (DoN) Air Expendable Countermeasures (AECM).
Assist in developing plans including budgets and schedules to meet contractual/project requirements for assigned portions of a program.
Assist managers with conducting program plan studies.
Assist PM with finalizing program plan requirements.
Works with management to track vendor performance.
Collects data for PM to compile program plans and milestone reports.
Assist with coordinating updates for FMS program status, progress and in the development of forecast reports.
Establishes, schedules, develop briefings and ensures participating activities and contractor's compliance with contractual, technical, programmatic requirements.
Prepares correspondence and directives as necessary to ensure that initiatives, budgets, allocations, and schedules in support of the assigned cases are properly reported and formally answered.
Process policies and procedures data in accordance with NAVAIR Security and Technical Transfer
Provide general support for (meeting minutes, tracking action items, meeting coordination).
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
Must have comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
Must be able to obtain a Secret level security clearance.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics.
Have the ability to work effectively with high-ranking U.S. Gov’t (USG) and FMS customers’ country representatives.
