Title:
SIGINT Mission Engineer
KBR is seeking a highly qualified SIGINT Mission Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will possess a detailed understanding of government satellite systems, a strong insight into SIGINT mission fundamentals, and the ability to perform analysis on complex space systems. The position requires in-depth knowledge of satellite relevancy to the Intelligence Community unique missions.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and evaluate mission transition and operations SIGINT baseline to ensure technical soundness
- Identify and document issues impacting both spacecraft and ground systems through objective analysis and processes
- Provide technical expertise in systems and engineering to support SIGINT enterprise mission operations activities, programs, systems, and processes
- Support orbital analysis, including health monitoring, geolocation, and data collection, trades, and analyses
- Offer engineering support and technical analysis to facilitate SIGINT collection management performance assessment, focusing on measuring satisfaction of collection execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions to complex issues
- Communicate technical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Participate in system design reviews and technical interchange meetings
- Assist in the development of operational procedures and processes
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Physics)
- 5 years of experience in SIGINT mission engineering
- Knowledge of government satellite systems and SIGINT mission fundamentals
- Experience with orbital analysis, including health monitoring, geolocation, and data collection
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with data analysis software (e.g., MATLAB, Python
- Active TS/SCI w/ CI Poly security clearance required

Basic Compensation:
108,445.00 - 162,725.00 USD Annual
The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
Additional Compensation:
KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
