We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Janitorial Zone Manager to join our team. As a Zone Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning of multiple retail locations within a designated zone. Your primary focus will be on hiring team members, managing inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service.
```Duties:```
- Manage and supervise multiple retail locations within the assigned zone
- Develop and implement strategies to retain team members
- Monitor inventory levels, customer feedback and cleanliness of all retail sites assigned.
- Train and mentor, all team members on scope of work, processes and procedures, policies, and customer service
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure cleanliness, compliance with company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other Zone Managers to share best practices and drive overall business success
- Resolve escalated customer complaints or issues in a timely manner
- Conduct interviews and assist with employee orientation as needed
```Experience:```
- Minimum of 2 year of experience in Janitorial management
- Proven track record of achieving customer satisfaction and employee retention
- Strong knowledge of Janitorial processes, equipment and customer service
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers and employees
- Experience conducting interviews and employee orientation
