CONTROLLER

KBW has partnered with a growing hi-tech services provider in their search for a Controller in Bedford, NH. They are looking for a Controller to take on a leadership role and be the go to person and guide for corporate accounting and the team. Responsibilities include:

• Lead and team in corporate accounting
• Take ownership of all day to day accounting processes for the company including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and general accounting activities.
• Prepare and review financial statements.
• Be a go to for external audit activities, compliance with company policies, improve processes and lead all accounting initiatives.
• Provides innovative ideas to the finance department as well as improve efficiencies to various aspects of the department.
• Be an integral part of the budget process, financial planning, variance analysis and planning.
• Participate in meetings, present financials, provide analysis of operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• Recent experience in a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Leadership and management experience
• MBA or CPA preferred.
