JOB SUMMARY
KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting has partnered with a growing organization in Brunswick, ME in their search to find a Controller. This position will be reporting directly into the CFO and will be overseeing a team of 5 (managing, reviews, training, etc). In addition, the role will be overseeing the month-end closing process as well as assisting with finance responsibilities (budgeting/forecasting). Responsibilities:
- Managing month-end closing process
- Responsible for integrity of the general ledger
- Overseeing a team of 5
- Budgeting/forecasting
- Assisting with annual audit
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree
- Prior management experience required
- Strong month-end closing experience
Pay: $80,000 to $95,000 depending on experience level 20% bonus
