JOB SUMMARY

An established health and human services non-profit organization in Manchester, NH is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team. This is a great opportunity to join a busy and growing organization. The right candidate will enjoy working in a team-oriented environment and be highly detail oriented. Hybrid work schedule, 2-4 days from home.

Responsibilities include:

  • Prepares and analyzes monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements
  • Profit and loss analysis including an examination of detail costs associated with procedures and overall operations.
  • Prepare and review budgets, report and explain variances
  • Performs ad hoc reporting as required
  • Provides innovative ideas to the finance department as well as improve efficiencies to various aspects of the department.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
  • Excellent system skills and ability to manage and mine data from multiple systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
