JOB SUMMARY
A growing telecommunications company located in the greater Woburn area is actively searching for a Tax Analyst. Reporting to the Tax Manager, the Tax analyst will be responsible for analyzing Accounts Payable and Sales Transactions, prepare Sales/Use Tax returns, and assist with reconciliations. Responsibilities include:
- Assist with Sales and Use Tax compliance
- Filing accurate monthly, quarterly and annual tax returns
- Create tax accrual journal entries
- Assist with Business licenses portfolio
- Assist with audits and several kinds of analysis
- Perform ad hoc accounting responsibilities as necessary
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
- Prior experience with Sales & Use Tax
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Basic Excel Skills
- Excellent time management and prioritization
Compensation is up to $28 hour based on experience.
