What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Manager position at KC Custom Builders?
Hello! I have a small construction company based out of Pleasant Hill. I am looking for someone who is looking for part-time (min 32 hrs a week) or full time.
Experience in office construction
Examples of the duties you will perform:
-Data entry
-Payroll/Work Comp reports/ Work comp audits
-Manage all leads
-Manage all incoming emails and communications
-submit for permits/business license/ Green Halo
-Manage owners schedule in google calendar
-Create job binders for each job
-Type estimate and contracts
-Maintaining files
-Filling paperwork
-Help preparing presentations
You must be proficient in:
-Excel
-Multi tasking
-Team work
-GOOD communications skills
-ON-TIME AND DEPENDABLE
-Good work ethic and productive
-MUST BE SELF DRIVEN ( as you will be working alone at times)

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
